Matchday Deposits for Coach Seats
There are two types of Coach Season Tickets :-
1. For the regular people who go to every away match and have booked their seats as a season ticket.
2. For the other regular people who go to most away matches and those that go to just a few away matches..
Season Ticket holders
Will pay an initial deposit of £10 (either in cash or via Bank Transfer) for their seat for the season which reserves their seat for the whole of the season’s away matches. Any matches that they don’t want to go to for any reasonably reason (eg. holidays, work commitments, etc.) who let me know at the very least 2 days in advance of the match, will not lose their seat’s deposit.
If that person does not let me know in advance they will lose their deposit and will have to start again and pay me another £10 deposit.
For those people who go to every match or have indicated which matches they could not attend beforehand, the fares on one or two matches during the season will be reduced by up to the limit of their £10 deposit.
Non Season Ticket holders
Will pay an initial deposit of £10 (either in cash or via Bank Transfer) for their seat for the match they wish to go to.
Will have to book their seat at least 2 days in advance of the match and pay (either in cash or via Bank Transfer). (i.e. if using Bank Transfers, the deposit has to be in the Bank Account by first thing on Friday Morning for a +Saturday match or Monday morning for a Tuesday match.)
The fare for each seat for non season ticket holders for that match will be reduced by the £10 deposit.
Obviously, if the person is not there at the pickup point, they will lose their £10 deposit.
Also, non season ticket holders who are on the coach to an away match, and wish to, or have already booked for the next away coach, can pay me the £10 deposit for the next away match in cash on the return home journey.
